Use Appogeny with consent and care
You may create pages for personal, lawful expression. Do not use Appogeny for harassment, threats, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, illegal material, malware, spam, or infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual property.
You are responsible for what you publish
Only upload material you have the right to use. Recipient links are unlisted but accessible to anyone who receives them. You are responsible for choosing content appropriate for that sharing model.
Moderation
Appogeny may disable or remove content that violates these terms, creates risk, or is the subject of a credible legal request. Reports are reviewed by a person and do not automatically remove a page. Use the report form for urgent content concerns.
No recovery guarantee
There are no accounts. The private edit link is the only way to edit or delete a page, and Appogeny cannot recover it. Keep it somewhere safe.
Service availability
Appogeny is provided as available, without a promise that every feature or third-party embed will remain uninterrupted. Reasonable safeguards and backups are used, but you should keep your own copy of important words and media.
